Do you ask for a deposit?
Yes. We require £100.00 cash when you’re collecting the van.
What do I need?
You’ll need bring your driving licence & two additional proofs of address. This can include a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
DVLA Licence Check
We have to check every customer every time you hire via the DVLA Website. You can create a code to bring with you to enable us to do this at https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence.
If you can’t do this please bring your National insurance number with you so we can check on the day on your behalf. Without this information we won’t be able to hire to you
Please note that your photocard driving licence isn’t accepted as part of address identification.
What insurance cover is provided with my hire?
All our vans have fully comprehensive cover with an excess of £1250, Collision Damage Reducer available £20 Per day Reduces excess to £250
How old do I have to be?
You need to be 21-69 and 70-72 year olds need to be referred before booking. Restrictions do apply.
21-22 year olds must have held full Clean license for a minimum of 24 months.

Do I need any driving experience?
Yes. For insurance purposes you need to have held a licence for 1 year or more.
What if I have a driving conviction or points on my licence?
We won’t refuse rental of our vans over most minor convictions. Please call to check
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes. The cost of this is £5.00 a day. The above conditions apply.
How old are your vans?
Most of our stock is less than 3 years old giving you peace of mind & comfort on your journey
Do you have a mileage charge?
Can I take your van abroad?
Yes via prior arrangement. Additional charges may apply.
What happens if I get a speeding or parking ticket?
As the driver you are responsible for any penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is under your possession.
Can I return or collect my van on a Sunday?
Yes you can return between 8.00 – 8.30 am Sunday mornings and collections are between 9-10 am.
